Teresa is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya holding an LLB degree from Kenyatta University and a Post-graduate Diploma in Law from Kenya School of law. Teresa has experience in various areas in legal practice and advisory, including: complex commercial litigation, employment law, constitutional law, conveyancing, tax law, banking and securities perfection among others, with particular interest in Commercial and Corporate law, Financing, Technology, Data Privacy and Protection. Her interest in technology and data privacy has seen her actively engage in research, trainings and legal matters surrounding data privacy both in Kenya and internationally. She has also been involved as a team leader of legal teams in the delivery of complex commercial projects and legal trainings
